Making of Triangular Prism

Students of class VIII made triangular prism through its net consisting of two triangles and three rectangles.The triangles are the bases of the prism and rectangles are the lateral faces. Triangular prism is a three sided prism,made of a triangular base and 3 faces joining the corresponding sides . Students calculated the no of faces =5 ,no of edges =9 and no of vertices =6 with a base shape of triangle.It was a great way for students  to
































learn 3D shapes.
